Enormous Terminated Black Tourmaline Schorl Crystal from Erongo BLT202

Enormous, one of a kind, Black Tourmaline Schorl Crystal. Jet-black and mirror shiny. Three of the facets are largely intact and fully terminated, as is the face. The other three facets also have nicely terminated areas with others self-healed and matt towards the base area, where it came away from the matrix. Traces of creamy Feldspar are attached in places.
Erongo Black Tourmaline is in a class of its own, and is far superior to many of the varieties found elsewhere.
Specimens of this size are almost never available for sale on the open market. It was hand-sourced by us at the famous digs in Erongo.
