We are a family business and customer satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price (less the shipping costs) with no quibbles. All that we ask is that you email us as soon as possible after receiving your item by clicking on this link and let us know what the problem is.

We will answer your email as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours, allowing for time differences across continents!! If we take a little longer please forgive us, we will always explain the reasons for any delay! Don't forget we're a family business and friendly personal service means everything to us.

 
How will I know where to return it?

We will email you a returns code and the address to which you should return the item. You do this by any traceable method which requires a signature on receipt by us (e.g. FedEx or signed for, registered post) As soon as we sign for the returned item, your credit card, or Paypal account, will be refunded with the full purchase price (less the shipping costs). You must please make sure when returning the item that you pack it securely, in the same way we have done, so that we get it back safely in the same condition you received it!

 
If I want to return an item will it have to be sent back to the UK or South Africa?

Not necessarily! We will find the most economical solution for you. We do have a returns depot in the US also!
